Steve is the founder of the firm. He became a Texas Certified Public Accountant in 1981 and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Midwestern State University (1977). Steve is a member of TSCPA, AICPA and the Wichita Falls Chapter of CPA's. He is also very active in the community. He is an active member of First Baptist Church, Bowie. |

Karen has been with the firm since 1999. Prior to joining the firm, she had extensive experience in the Oil & Gas Industry as an accountant. She graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1982 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Karen became a Texas Certified Public Accountant in 1986. Karen is also a Quickbooks Pro Advisor Certified in Quickbooks 2010 & 2011. Karen is a member of TSCPA, AICPA and the Wichita Falls Chapter of CPAs. She is an active member of Vashti Baptist Church.
